This unit powers up OK, and it is possible to select the program which includes AC/DC hipot and ground bond tests, voltages, currents, and timing. The scanner programming also works (the optional 8 channel scanner is installed). However, I can't get the test to start (pressing the start button does not seem to get any response. So this item is sold for parts. The inside is very clean and in good condition.
